"Mercy Has a Name" event

What is the event?: Amanda Grace Ministries is hosting a free community event for youth entitled "Mercy Has a Name". "Mercy Has a Name" was created to speak to the heart behind a young person's decision to use a gun to take another person's life. In order to get to the heart of this decision, we believe this: There is a level of healing that starts only when you meet Jesus Christ.  So come and meet Him to get your heart refreshed and also get connected to life resources. As you turn away from a painful past, you will receive life giving tools to help you step into a new beginning.

Who is this event for?: Ages 16-24 year olds who have been impacted by gun violence.

What to expect at this event?: We will start the event at 11am with linking youth to educational and other community resources and a FREE lunch will be served. Then worship will start at 1pm followed by testimonials of how Jesus turned the life around of two men who were affected by gun violence. The event will end with prayer and additional community resource information will be provided. The event will end at 3pm.

*There will be FREE giveaways at this event. Safety guidelines will be followed.*
